How far is it to the beach?
We are easily within walking distance of the beach. Our complex is on Lake Arrowhead Road and less than one block from the beach.

Are pets permitted?
No, pets are not permitted, nor are motorcycles or trailers, as per the Arcadian Dunes Homeowner's Association Rules and Regulations.

Is your location convenient to the main attractions?
Our condo is located on Lake Arrowhead Road, by the Restaurant Row section of Route 17. The bypass and business split for 17 is within a half-mile of our location, thereby making all attractions you want to reach easily accessible.

Do you have an age limit for renting?
Yes, our policy is to rent to families or adults over the age of 25 only.

What is your maximum occupancy?
The Rules and Regulations of our Homeowner's Association allow no more than six (6) occupants.
